WIHU CONDEMNS THE GAZA GENOCIDE

The 15th Council meeting of the World Islamic Health Union was held on 20-3-2025 with the participation of members representing Asia, Africa, Europe and Palestine. The recent massacres in Gaza were discussed and the following issues were decided.

1-The ongoing massacre in Gaza should be stopped immediately and the second phase of the ceasefire should be initiated.

2- The guarantor countries of the ceasefire and all Islamic countries should put pressure on Israel and America.

3- All WIHU members should put pressure on their own governments.

4- The boycott of Israeli and American brands and products should continue.

5- All civil society organizations should be contacted and peace pressure should be increased.

6- Member NGOs that want to send health aid and food aid to Gaza will contact the WIHU Ankara center. Efforts will be made to ensure that this aid enters Gaza.
7- Sharing should be done using media and social media that shows the real face of this war.

8- The damage to the health sector in Gaza and the need for health will be compiled into a report. This report will be published on the WIHU and member NGO websites.

9- Applications from health personnel who want to go to Gaza are being received by WIHU. When the doors are opened, these volunteers will go to Gaza.
